These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lula mobile application (“App”), operated by Jazzlab Tech AS, registered in Oslo, Norway (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Lula is a storytelling application that helps you create personalized bedtime stories. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions may be available on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not process or store payment information ourselves; all transactions are handled securely by Apple.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

We take privacy seriously.

• The App transmits user-provided text (such as character names, universe ideas, and story prompts) to OpenAI’s API in order to generate stories.
• This data is anonymized and not linked to your personal identity.
• We do not collect personal data such as your name, contact details, or precise location.
